EL PASO TIMES - With more than 300 days of sunshine a year, El Paso would seem to be a prime location for the solar industry if the Texas Legislature succeeds in attracting more investment in the state. The Sun City could see an influx of jobs from the industry because of its geography and university, but experts say there has been a lack of leadership on the topic at the local level.
